I was so confused when this happened. Also, every time after that (and I'm sure I wasn't the only one) that I heard knocking (both in the show and in real life) I'd freak out and tense up until it was either less than four or more. Thanks Russell T. Davies for scaring the shite out of everyone that ever had guests come over and no doorbells.
