I can hear it so clearly, him saying her name. I can vividly see the shock on his face after he disapears from Bad Wolf Bay and is back in the TARDIS, with that singular, heartbreaking tear rolling down his cheek. And then he crashes into the space/sky/ironically named Titanic.
