If Hogwarts had internet

This way we could have spent so much more time on learning about actual magic and wand work! Ooh ooh and exploring the castle. I bet Harry, Ron, and Hermione could have figured out all the secret passages without the Marauder's map.

David Tennant's face of the day

Source: inkstain-.tumblr.com
Faces of the day, once again, but those two pictures go together and I couldn't not put them in the same post. I'm just going to take a brief moment of your time to fawn over the utter epicness that are Donna Noble and David Tennant, the ultimate dream team.

Robert Downey Jr.: Telling it how it is

Wot? He's just saying it like it is. I mean, why would anyone every say different though?

Silly Jimmy, unattractiveness is for people who are not RDJ.

David Tennant's face of the day

Happy, normalish Tennant face/upper body for a change.

This gif just makes me smile, can't help it, those two radiate positivity.

Bad Things

As someone who finds the Sookie Stackhouse novels to be an enjoyable read, I'm surprised by the outstanding amount of sex that the series itself manages to tack onto every episode. Now, I'm not saying the novels lack sexual content, but I feel like, for the most part, they aren't over the top or distasteful, whereas HBO seems to try and fit in sex, and if not sex a good amount of gushing blood, in every other scene.

Tone it down a bit, my friends, there's supposed to be plot in between the sex and death too.

Regardless, I really do need to catch up on True Blood. I'm currently a season behind (almost at the end of season 3). So Bill and Sookie are still together (as I like it, despite Eric's sexy Viking qualities), and none of Sookie's specialness has come out just yet (or so I've been told). Let's see how far they diverge from the books themselves. Well, I'll see once I actually get my own computer. I don't think my mother would appreciate True Blood all that much.

It's nice to know that they're fangirls of each other too, makes me feel less nerdy for wanting that really cheap looking shirt.

Is it wrong that I still can't help seeing the whole 'powerpuff girl' resemblance every time I look at them?

You've been Cumberbatched

It's like being punked, but with a lot more sass, less Ashton (thank God), some deducing, and a sexier-as-a-brunette man behind the scenes.

Getting real in Rohan

I admit, King Theoden was pretty amazing. I did get angry at him during Two Towers when Aragorn is just trying to give him advice and he says "Last I checked, Theoden, not Aragorn, was king of Rohan," but otherwise he holds his own and does a great job of fighting and trying to save his people.

Stormtroopers are magical too

Voldemort and Free Hugs

Source: fullfill-your-every-desire.tumblr.com
Poor Malfoy, that might have been the most awkward/uncomfortable moment of his life. I feel that despite the audience's collective laughter, there was also an element of 'uhhh..' and some shifting in seats, because watching it was awkward too.

Though, honestly, if there were anyone out there who would be the master of awkward hugging, it would be Voldemort.

On Cats and Whovianism

I wish I could have conversations with my cat about Doctor Who.

Come to think of it, I'd most likely be very impressed if my cat started talking about anything, let alone Doctor Who. But that would be extra special. Unless he says something along the lines of "Fucking aye! Again? Didn't you watch that episode a week ago? WATCH SOMETHING NEW WOMAN."

Speaking of cats and Doctor Who, my aunt has recently rescued a cute little kitten from the outside world (which I might have mentione), who has been bathed, fed and given an abundance of love (via moi and my face/body which has apparently turned into a scratching post-chew toy-day bed combination).

"How is that relevant?" I hear you ask (albeit silently). Well my sister and I have decided to name him the Doctor...Doctor for short. I like to believe that since the Doctor can regenerate, why not into an animal? The Tenth Doctor seemed to have a fondness for kittens, before the whole New New York growing of humans incident at least.

Also, think of it! A cat has nine lives, so logically (stay with me here) if the Doctor's final regeneration is into a cat, he can have nine extra lives! It's like getting a 1up in Mario, except it's not Mario and it's a 9up.

It makes sense in my head, which is now thinking "quick, distract them with a cute picture!" Good thinking, self.
He's holding a Sonic Screwdriver, it's just invisible.
