For the love of God, your future as a popular website and my sanity, please enlarge your servers or whatever it is that you need to do in order to ensure that people don't continuously (and I mean, continuously) have to run into your support message. If you can't handle the traffic that the site is getting in it's beta stage, how on earth are you going to work smoothly when the site launches publicly?

P.S. Yes, this is a result of me being in the midst of getting my first damn house point for a house I don't even want to be in and then seeing the purple support message page appear before the point registers. I don't care if it's whiney or childish, at the bottom of it all, I have a point and you know it. I still love you, but you need to get your act together. Just saying.

Basically, everything on tumblr today (it's actuall the 7th today, just scheduling things for the next week where I'll be internetless) is about the Harry Potter premier. It makes me want to break down into tears (I'm quite sensitive, you should know that by now) every time I scroll down. But this one just...I don't know, it just caught my eye. It is so simple yet so powerful.

I feel like it's safe to say that the young cast of Harry Potter have grown from being absolutely adorable to absolutely attractive. It's good to know I'm not a paedophile, at the very least (though I was in love with Malfoy, knowing that he was a year older than me at the time made it okay).

Harry Potter: Weeping like children

If I remember the last book correctly (I have yet to reread it...it's the only one of the series that this happened with...I just couldn't deal with the constant daggers the fantastic Ms. Rowling insisted on plunging into my heart), there will be much weeping like children in thousands of theaters across the globe.
          My mates of the room variety were actually talking about overwhelming emotional distraughtness in terms of Harry Potter last night and that alone (and we were discussing Prisoner of Azkaban, before it really got bad) caused us all to become borderline depressed. I don't think it helped that we had just seen The Office, i.e. the final Dundies with Michael Scott. It might just be me, but I honestly believe that Steve Carell's tears while they're singing to him, and that last line he says "well this is going to hurt like a motherfucker" wasn't acting, but just how he really felt. I wouldn't be surprised if he adlib-ed that line.

So, blogger Stats tells me I have 200ish views and, naturally, my first reaction is:

I'm desperate for interaction, and when that happens I turn into Lionel Richie. [Sidebar: Anyone else find that song really creepy? Or was it just me?] Just wanted to say thank you to whoever took their time to click on mysterious links that led them to my humble abode, even if you couldn't stay that long, and I hope that you come back someday soon to share in the mindless joy of scrolling through stock pictures with out-of-context comments borrowed from other places and the occasional rant about the useless and mundane.
